A comfortable, cosy place to refuel and relax before boarding. Service standards need a huge improvement. No greeter to seat us... even though waitstaff walked past several times while waiting; no greeting, no "we'll get to you shortly". Table offered was dirty. Had to ask waitstaff to clean it. No one took our order, so after waiting patiently for 20+ minutes we decided to try to order using the QR code sticker on the table. Eventually the food showed up. No follow up after the food & drinks were delivered. BEWARE, using the QR Code to order triggers an automatic bill payment with a 22% tip added on if you don't reactivate the App within 40 min. Would only come back here out of necessity... not by choice.
Order was billed with 22% gratuity before we even finished eating; orders are being placed online all the server did was drop of the order and remove the empty plates. Food was mediocre. The Hugo Spritz should be removed from the menu as it is not even close to a Hugo. Neither the quality of the food or drinks justifies the price, even at an airport. If you have time to eat at a different concourse, you should definitely do that.
The food at Smith Cove is some of the most unpleasant I have eaten. The sausage was dry and mostly tasteless and the bread had a strange texture to it. The coffee was awful too. Admittedly you are short of options once you’re airside but I would avoid eating here if you can. Find a better option.
Smith Cove is at S gates and its not very good.. Some advertised drinks were not stocked. I ordered a Burger with fries, ended up waiting for a while as the server must have left. Asked for the Burger again and just got a bowl of fries.
Originally we were worried about coming here due to the reviews. But boy were we glad we did! We came in during a slow period but it filled up quick. Our server was Isaul and honestly he made a huge difference in our dining experience. He was prompt, made sure we had everything we needed and was just a positive energy to be around! As far as the food, we shared a fish and chips, upgraded truffle fries with a drink each. I wish I had got the picture with the initial plating, it was much prettier than when we split everything. The fish was hot and perfect with the lemon, the truffle fries were crisp and salty, and even the coleslaw was good with a little of the salt provided (i dont usually like coleslaw). My cranberry mule was sweet with a bit of a bite and bitterness so it was very refreshing. We had a great time just sitting for a meal with amaxing service and tasty food. Would come back again and request Isaul as our server. 😁
A cosy spot near the S Gates, with a reasonable amount of food options for breakfast and all day. Service was quite good, friendly and helpful. Items are priced slightly on the higher end for the quantity. But overall a good food spot.
Grabbed some drinks at the bar before a flight which were fine but pricey. Didn't try any food. Pretty typical airport restaurant experience.
We came here to watch the Seahawks and Mariners games, but the TV kept glitching out and the game wouldn’t turn on. We brought in takeout from our neighborhood and they let us eat there provided We buy a drink, an alcoholic drink. I ended up getting the gochujang hot wings instead of a cocktail and they were actually really good! Staff was very kind even though they were super busy.
